Mildura

School holidays came along and Steve walked in one night asking 

"Where are we off to these holidays?" 

As you know these words rarely exit his mouth so I was quick to find somewhere to go!

Mildura was our place of choice with many recommendations to visit Sunraysia Resort, now we are Highly recommending this as well!

Our morning routine consisted of brekky then a swim in the pool

Davy enjoyed his daily swims 

We went for a lovely cruise on the Mighty Murray on 

Paddle Steamer Melbourne

Barely set off and Beau was into his picnic lunch

Davy enjoyed the rhythmic hum of the engine

The boys got to 'Captain the Ship'

Whilst Toby wouldn't take his eyes off the river, even for a photo, Beau was happy to check out the scenery....

We took a drive to Wentworth to see where the Murray & Darling rivers meet

and also for a game or two of Uno

While Toby was confident splashing around and actually swimming, Beau took this as he could swim too, launching himself at all stages and pushing off of us saying "I swim Mum" then sinking to the bottom. Not one to be deterred all eyes were him at all times - seriously need to put my swim teacher hat on and start his lessons!

On our way home we stopped in at Red Cliffs and got our 'farmer on' to check out "Big Lizzie"
