Look who turns 40!!!

butter wouldn't melt.....

Kangaroo Island & Ballarat

October Holidays were upon us and we thought we would pack as much as we could in - our first week was spent on Kangaroo Island camping, we set up in Kingscote for the first couple of days and went off exploring!

Cliffords Honey Farm was first on the list

Then we went for a dip at Stokes Bay

And rock hopping and hide & seek

We relocated to Vivonne Bay and explored the southern side of the island

Our neighbours provided a great game of Hide & Seek each morning

 Admirals Arch

Seal spotting

Onto Remarkable Rocks

it was fun climbing in and amongst the big boulders

 Geez we're Strong!!

Ma ma & Pa gave us a Christmas allowance for use on a Family Holiday so we spent it on our tour of Raptor Park, a fantastic place which lets you get up and close to bird life, reptiles and creepy crawlies!

No one is shy of the slippery snakes!

All hands on deck to hold this one!

Our last stop was spent with a morning at Little Sahara, a massive sand dune where we all slid down on toboggans and sand boards. Massive stacks were had by me and Annie!

Then we spent the afternoon at Seal Bay marvelling at the seals coming in from the ocean and tending to their young

Thanks Kangaroo Isand! It was great fun!

No Sooner were we home that we were off again - this time to Ballarat to spend some time with Mama & Pa

A Day at Sovereign Hill

Riding in the Horse Drawn Carriage

Pit Stop lunch at the amazing playground

and panning for gold

Toby worked tirelessly and finally struck gold!!
A few tiny specks but gold nonetheless!

Not so much photographic evidence but everyone had a great little adventure in and about Ballarat, including visiting the indoor pool and the majestic movie theatre

Term 3

Term 3 started with a bang and firstly we caught up with dear friends Sarah and Alice.
Sarah currently lives in Dubai with her gorgeous family and we were so thankful to catch up with her for a play at the playground whilst she was back in the country and doing the rounds!

We sure are great breeders! And this isn't all of us!

Book Week and we had a bit of a morning dash to get ourselves prepared...... amazing what you can do with a hot glue gun and the recycling!

Pig the Pugs tourists
(FYI Davy didn't have a book week event as such just wanted to join in the fun!)

Annie isn't one to miss out on face paint!

We went for a drive one day to meet our newest cousin Esther

And Davy's bestie Lachy turned 5

Fun for all!!

Mid year Holidays!

We made it to the winter holidays and packed lots of fun in starting with a Family Reunion in the Grampians!

Brrrrr it was cold......

Dad shoulder rides are the best!

Whilst we were there we celebrated Aunty Jill's Birthday - the cake did not disappoint ANYONE!!

Back in the Tatiara we scheduled in a day of bonfires, motorbikes and farm stuff with the cousins

We ventured to the city to catch a game of footy

Surrounded by Port Power supporters was.....ahh....interesting!

Just a girl and her bestie
